Ngoc T. Tran is a Certiﬁed Public Accountant (CPA), a Licensed Life Insurance Agent, Global Business Connector, and a Financial Health Strategist. A former refugee from Vietnam, Ngoc grew up poor and understood the value of money at a young age. She had worked in the corporate environment for 23+ years, managing accounting departments, audits and taxes.

An entrepreneur at heart, Ngoc is the CEO and Founder of Health Conscious Entrepreneurs and Precious Healthy Water. She has created her shares of many businesses and multiple streams of income: ﬁne tea purveyor, an accounting and tax practice, an insurance business, and an ionize water business.

She believes ﬁnancial literacy is the key to unlocking time and ﬁnancial freedom. Ngoc is passionate in helping people make money, save money, protect their money, eliminate debt, and plan for the unplanned.
